Spend a full day in the mountains further into the forest with some real experts. The trip will be at least one hour of driving, and you must bring a lunch and extra water. Get ready for adventure!
Mushroom forays are led daily by experts including Katrina Blair, Bill & Will Adams, Larry Evans, John Sir Jesse, Tony Corbin, Jason Salzman, Linnea & Lee Gilman, and others.
***Sign-ups for forays will be made available ONE HOUR BEFORE the scheduled foray time and are located at the Registration Desk at in Elks Park.***
Some foray locations are in town and are TBD, while others require a vehicle and will meet at the Carhenge Parking Lot.
Forays are rated for difficulty based on length and terrain. Please recognize your physical capabilities and choose forays that match those---you'll have a lot more fun if you are able to fully participate.
These daily forays are included in the full festival passes or single day passes.
